Welcoming a new baby is an incredible experience, but it also comes with big changes for you and your family. My postpartum care includes 3 in-home visits designed to support your recovery, ease the transition, and make sure you feel confident and cared for in the early weeks. Provide a safe space to talk about how you’re feeling and adjusting Support your physical recovery and answer questions about healing Assist with feeding—breast/chestfeeding, bottle, or combination Share newborn care guidance on soothing, bathing, sleep, and baby-wearing Offer light household help or care for baby so you can rest and recharge Check in with your partner and family, including sibling support Connect you with trusted resources for lactation, mental health, and parent groups
