What I Do

I provide emotional comfort, physical support, and evidence-based information during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

I’m not a medical provider and won’t make medical decisions for you but I’ll help you feel informed, supported, and confident.

On Call

Starting at 37 weeks, I’ll be on call 24/7, ready to join you when labor begins.

Please call me first when labor starts (texts are not always reliable during this time).

If labor moves too quickly or I’m not contacted, I may not make it in time so call early!

Every journey matters. I welcome and support families of all kinds — military, single, married, teen parents, LGBTQ+, survivors, those growing through adoption or surrogacy, and more. Whatever path you’re on, you’ll be met with respect, compassion, and care
